Do I have to buy everything, or can I start with one part?

Yes, you can start with Maintenance on its own, and several hotels begin there, some even before connecting their PMS. Every module runs on the same core, so adding Housekeeping, Guest Connect or AI Agents later needs no new setup, no second login and no second PMS integration.

Will my team actually use it?

Yes. Anyone on the team can report an issue from their phone: take a photo, pick the room, and the issue is logged and routed to the right person. Technicians see their open work in one list and close it with a record of what was done, and every screen is translated into each person's own language, with 30+ languages available.

Does it work with our PMS?

Yes. Sweeply integrates with 20+ property management systems, including Mews, Apaleo, Oracle OPERA Cloud, Infor, Guestline and Cloudbeds, so every issue is tied to a real room and out-of-order rooms are handled alongside the rest of the operation. If your PMS isn't supported yet, Maintenance can also run on its own. The full list is on the Integrations page.

How long does it take to get running?

On a supported PMS, your rooms and room statuses are live in Sweeply within 24 hours. Team training takes one to two days, and there is no hardware, no server and no IT project.

Does the AI replace our staff?

No. Sweeply's AI Agents take over the administration around maintenance, not the repairs. Tracey reads reservation data and remarks from your PMS and creates and assigns housekeeping and maintenance tasks automatically, with 99.7% accuracy, so technicians spend their time fixing things rather than retyping requests.

What does it cost?

Maintenance is priced per sellable room, per month. Lobbies, corridors and back-of-house spaces are never charged, and the rate per room falls as your room count rises. The pricing page explains how it works, and our sales team can give you your exact number.

Is our data safe?

Yes. Hotel data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is protected with two-factor authentication and role-based permissions, and every change is logged. Sweeply ehf. is registered in Iceland, so the GDPR applies directly, and a data processing agreement is available on request. Full details, including where data is hosted, are on our Security page.
