As CEO and Co-founder of Júní, a digital agency, she specialized in creating compelling digital experiences, highlighting a passion for maximizing value and minimizing waste. Before Júní, Þórhildur worked for Arion Bank, leading significant digital projects.

Þórhildur holds an M.Sc. in Production Engineering from TU-Berlin and a B.Sc. in Engineering Management from Reykjavik University.

Erlendur is an experienced leader with 20+ years in software and telecommunication. He founded and sold a search engine company and held several leadership positions at Siminn, a telco. Before co-founding Sweeply, he was the CEO of Stiki, a risk management software company.

Erlendur holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iceland.

Frans is a software engineer with 7+ years of experience in software development. He developed software products at Mentor and Mint Solutions. Before co-founding Sweeply, he co-founded and led a vacation rental service provider.

Frans holds a BS in Software Engineering from Reykjavik University.

Petar is a software entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience as a developer in different domains ranging from software for embedded hardware through security to enterprise software. He was a co-founder of Kolibri, a digital business studio. Before joining Sweeply, Petar served as the VP of Engineering for ActivityStream, a cloud-based operations intelligence service platform.

Petar holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Iceland.

With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, Brynja is dedicated to ensuring Sweeply’s clients succeed at every stage. Formerly leading the distribution team at Icelandair Hotels, she managed property integrations across booking systems and third-party OTAs, overseeing online sales for 20 hotels. Her extensive background in sales and customer relations allows her to create seamless experiences for Sweeply's clients, ensuring they maximize value from the platform.

Brynja holds a B.Sc. in Business from the University of Iceland.

Andri is a Partner at Frumtak Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm in Iceland. He has extensive experience in software development, technology, and innovation, having previously served as CEO of Digital Iceland and as a senior product lead at LinkedIn in San Francisco.

Friðrik is the Chief Financial Officer at Nýsköpunarsjóður atvinnulífsins (NSA Ventures), Iceland's New Business Venture Fund. He has a diverse background in finance and operations, with experience in media and technology sectors, including roles at IBM Iceland and Skjárinn.

Magnea is an experienced hospitality professional, having served as Managing Director of Icelandair Hotels Group for 16 years, overseeing 21 hotels nationwide. She brings valuable insights into hotel operations and growth strategies.

Pétur is the CEO of Evoly, a company developing AI-integrated software solutions that connect people, processes, and data. A serial entrepreneur, he pioneered Agile software development and digital transformation in Iceland.

Heimir is an experienced leader in people, sales, and product within the Northern European market. He is CEO of Nanitor, a global CTEM leader. Previously, he led Microsoft Iceland and was part of Microsoft’s EMEA Black Belt team. Heimir also spearheaded Applicon SAP Core Banking’s expansion in Northern Europe and has entrepreneurial expertise in data analysis and platforms.
