The Guesty housekeeping integration connects your Guesty account to Sweeply, so rooms and bookings sync automatically and your cleaning schedule follows your reservations. Sweeply is not a PMS. It is the operational layer that sits on top of Guesty and turns booking data into cleaning and maintenance tasks for the people who look after your units.

What syncs between Guesty and Sweeply

Once the connection is active, Sweeply starts syncing your rooms and bookings from Guesty and keeps them up to date. According to our help centre guide, the integration covers:

  • Rooms and bookings, so arrivals, departures and stays drive the daily cleaning plan instead of a spreadsheet.

  • Guest booking notes from Guesty, which appear in Sweeply where housekeepers and supervisors can act on them.

  • Out-of-order (OOO) rooms, so units you block in Guesty are reflected in Sweeply and are not scheduled by mistake.

A 2-way PMS sync is part of every Sweeply module. Room status updates in Sweeply are written back to Guesty for your whole portfolio.

What your teams get

Guesty already handles distribution, messaging and owner reporting. Sweeply adds the on-the-ground layer for cleaners, inspectors and maintenance staff:

  • Housekeeping: a cleaning plan generated from Guesty reservations, with tasks assigned to staff and progress visible to managers as units are turned over.

  • Maintenance: issues reported against a specific unit, assigned to the right person and tracked until they are fixed.

  • Guest Connect: guests can opt in or out of housekeeping and send service and maintenance requests straight into Sweeply.

  • AI Agents: Sweeply also offers AI Agents as a separate module. Tracey routes reservation remarks to the right tasks with 99.7% accuracy, and Roomey assigns rooms by trying 20,000 combinations. Ask our team which agents apply to your Guesty setup.

  • Staff can work in 30+ languages, and Sweeply translates text written by colleagues, so instructions and notes are understood by everyone on shift.
