In September we are in Madrid. Not at a conference stand and not on a sales tour, but inside hotels across the city, talking to the people who run operations here.

Operations look different in every market. What works in one city is not what works in the next, and the only way to learn a city is to spend time in it. So we take one city at a time rather than one country at a time, and Madrid is one of ours.
