This integration connects the AeroGuest solution directly with Sweeply, so hotels can deliver personalised guest experiences in real time—without manual handovers or operational silos.

Introducing: Green Stay with AeroGuest x Sweeply

Guests today want choice and control. With Green Stay, they can now decide—during their stay—whether they want their room cleaned.

From their Aeroguest App, by clicking on “Request Cleaning”, the guest is redirected to the Sweeply Guest Page, offering them to tailor-made their housekeeping plan.

When they make that choice, their preference is automatically:

    Synced to the PMS

    Sent directly to Sweeply

    Triggered as a task for housekeeping staff

All without any manual input from the front desk. No more clipboards. No more delays. Just smooth, automated service execution.

Real-Time Guest Service Requests

But that’s not all. Guests can also submit specific service requests through their Aeroguest solution, in Sweeply’s digital guest page—such as:

     "Extra pillow" → Task sent to Housekeeping

    "Need more towels" → Task sent to Floor Staff

     "Bathroom light isn’t working" → Task assigned to Maintenance

    "Request for a baby crib" → Task directed to Service Team

Each request flows automatically from AeroGuest to Sweeply’s task management system—no calls, no delays, and no risk of forgetting.

Hotel teams can view, assign, and complete these tasks in Sweeply with full visibility, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
