The Beds24 housekeeping integration connects your Beds24 account to Sweeply, so rooms and bookings sync automatically and cleaning status can flow back into Beds24. Beds24 manages your channels, bookings and rules. Sweeply is the operational layer on top that turns those bookings into housekeeping and maintenance tasks for hotels, apartments and hostels alike.

What syncs between Beds24 and Sweeply

Once connected, Sweeply syncs your rooms and bookings from Beds24. Our help centre guides describe these data points:

• Guest booking notes, which appear in Sweeply so special requests reach the people preparing the unit.

• Two-way out-of-order (OOO) sync, keeping OOO rooms aligned between Beds24 and Sweeply.

• Room categories, which you can use when setting up cleaning rules.

• Cleaning status back to Beds24: whenever the cleaning status of a synced room changes in Sweeply, Sweeply updates it in Beds24, provided the matching Unit Status Values (such as clean, dirty and inspection) are configured in your Beds24 account preferences.

How to connect Beds24 to Sweeply

You need a Beds24 account with access to generate an API key. These steps follow our latest help centre guide, Connecting Beds24 (Godo) to Sweeply:

1. Start your sign-up at app.getsweeply.com/signup/beds24. Use this link rather than starting from inside Beds24.

2. Fill in your details, click Create your account and enter the verification code sent to your phone.

3. Follow the link on the next screen to Marketplace, then API in Beds24.

4. On the New invite screen, select All owned or linked to account, make sure every checkbox is selected and click Generate Invite Code.

5. Copy the full API key and paste it into the Sweeply page. Sweeply starts syncing your rooms and bookings.

Treat the API key like a password and only paste it into the Sweeply sign-up page.

Frequently asked questions

Does cleaning status sync back to Beds24?

Yes. Sweeply updates the cleaning status in Beds24 when it changes in Sweeply, once the Unit Status Values are configured in Beds24.

Can I connect more than one Beds24 property?

Yes. The API key is generated for all properties owned or linked to your account. Contact our support team if anything is missing after the sync.

How is Sweeply priced?

Sweeply is priced per sellable room per month for each module you use, and non-sellable space such as back-of-house areas is free. The 2-way PMS sync is included in every module. See our pricing page for details.
